Once again it was a time of turmoil. I had some hope that my most recent failed relationship had all of the qualities for a long term commitment. But it was not to be. I decided that a week or more in the quiet and solitude of the wilderness was the medicine for rejuvenation. I needed to get my life juices flowing once again. As always, I decided that some camping and fishing in Yellowstone Park was the magic silver bullet.

I awoke with a start. It took me a second to figure out where I was. I looked down and smiled, remembering who was here all cuddled up with me on the front seat of my truck. I also thought about what we had shared while we were parked here at this Yellowstone Lake over look.

While we were walking around in town, we met one of the engineers that I worked with along with his wife. He looked closely at Corinne and then looked at me with a questioning look since he was sure he had never seen her before. Somehow in our discussions about Yellowstone, the hot springs in the area came up and he told of a hot spring that was more secluded than others …. he always went there when he and his wife want the seclusion. His wife gave him a loving poke in the ribs and I knew right then it was a place Corrine and I should seek out.
